Righthander Matt Childers, along with Yankees righthander Darrell Rasner, have signed with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles of Japan. Childers, 30, went 3-5 with a 3.78 ERA with 20 saves and a 68/18 K/BB ratio in 53 games with the IronPigs. He's been with the organization since 2007 and has appeared in 11 Major League games with Milwaukee and Atlanta.

A good example of one Dave X would be our trusty skipper Charlie Manuel. He stunk in the MLB, but was a homerun champ in Japan.
